Serious business today. The final session for those stepping up to grade this week. Therefore heavy emphasis on yellow and orange belt material. The rest of the group working similar stuff but at an advanced level to ensure everyone is challenged. Great work

Powerful work, honest work. Core striking with additional defence with our Rhino. Really, it’ll be all those teeps that they’ll remember. Lots of them, all worked from a stable and solid foundation from which to grow tall. Big pad rounds and a few grading splinter groups on the go. Impressive stuff, impressive enough to see the grading list expand rather than contract. Unprecedented.

2 very different sessions, each catering to the required material for the event grades. That’s right grading season is here again. A nice mix of stick, clinch and striking for the earlier sessio . Then a very workshop type later class. Impressed by the focus so far of those set to test, still some technical work to go, but all headed on the right trajectory
