If you stay in your comfort zone that’s why you’ll fail.....Success is not a comfortable procedure. It is a very uncomfortable thing to attempt! Therefore, you’ve got to get comfortable with being UNCOMFORTABLE if you ever want to be successful 💭📝💫

Let me explain.....
No. 1, I aient on no diet. It’s lifestyle. Don’t know how many times people need to hear that there is a MASSIVE difference you just need to understand it 💭

What you do MOST OF has got you to where you’re at within your physical & mental state. And that current physical appearance & mental attitude is a complete reflection to how you CHOOSE to look after yourself on the regular!

If you CONSISTENTLY fill you body & mind with s**t you will FEEL S**T! And you will not achieve how you deserve to feel & look! It’s that simple!

If you CONSISTENTLY fill your body & mind with health you will FEEL AMAZING! You will smash results whilst allowing yourself to have fun without guilt from TIME TO TIME because your stronger mindset will make you bounce back AND the healthy lifestyle you are on should be so enjoyable & rewarding that it isn’t a “chore” or “struggle” to go back to it.

Hope that makes sense. It’s a summary of my rant because I don’t like seeing/hearing people beat themselves up thinking they will destroy everythingggg they have worked for just because they had a few days off.
NOOO you won’t! Enjoy it & come back ❤️💫

Having a “flat tummy” & ABS isn’t about all the crunches or leg lifts you can do....
1) DIET
2) FIX YOUR POSTURE when training & even during day to day tasks (walking, sitting at you desk etc)
Any time I train I fully tighten my stomach because WHY NOT! Work it 💭🔥
But HOW DO I ENGAGE MY CORE???
