Muffin Test Day 1. Ok I am not going to lie the muffins are horrid, the synthetic taste in my mouth will never leave me! Breakfast was worse as I had to have 3, now for lunch 2, I struggled to keep them down since it would render the test invalid. I believe the idea is to introduce identically constructed food in as much as possible identical environment to many people and see how differently everyone responds and according to the app they are some astronomical differences. I have another 2h fast then have to do a pin-prick blood 🩸 test and send it off to them alongside other tests. Also it’s been really fun watching my glucose levels graph 🧬
