Just catching up on the end of January. Cos I can’t even begin to comprehend February at this moment.

We had life really rounding up after a long old slog through Jan. Just giving me confidence in my abilities and allowing me to let go of things that were meant to be let go.

My mood board literally fell off my wall, so i mean how can I not make room for 2026, for the year of the Fire Horse to start!

Training hard and having incredible experiences with fantastic people, getting ready for amazing things to come 🥰
January showed me so many reasons to be grateful even in harsh conditions.

Now February… I may need a little break from it soon 😂😭

Reflecting back on some of my affirmations from January.

Really a period of reflection and growth in Barbados, thinking back to my position in the world last year all the things i aspired for and how i have worked to have those things now!

Living alone always allows you to face yourself and understand yourself better

January was a Long old month people but we made it through! February may not be giving us a rest, BUT we have brighter days ahead.

And maybe every once in a while during the stay stop and have a look behind you at where you were vs where you are now !

Gratitude is the key 🙏🏾

All my students are just AMAZING!

This whole week of work guys, i have just realised how blessed and grateful i am to work as an instructor (specially rn dedicated to pole dancing)

I GET to wake up a few times a week and go and teach pole to some amazing people and see their improvements and results!
I have had some really great lessons recently, not only adapting and improving my teaching style but getting to see great successes from students!

AND THEN! I get to call many of the people i teach my friends and chat to them after class!

Guys my job is amazing and You my students are some of the main reasons why so thank you!

VAN CONVERSION UPDATE

Guys it’s been so long. I will always say don’t expect a Lot but also A LOT has happened 😂
I’m accepting this project will take me some time

If you don’t know I am converting a Van into a home . I have no previous DIY skills - just my bestie YouTube, 1.5 years of prep and savings, and a whole lotta confidence

Not that I thought this was going to be fast or flawless but that I could learn a new skill! 🔨

PROGRESS
So far we have WINDOWS, a FLOOR, ELECTRICITY and almost walls .
Oh and a cute little fan!

A lot of this project is behind the scenes right now, it’s researching and booking cos I’m accepting my own current limitations on plumbing and electricity 😂🙌🏾
But I have some wood work projects coming up…..

Honestly just so proud of how far I have come. So grateful to family and friends that have helped me along the way and yeah! Ready to keep going working on my OWN HOME 🙏🏾❤️🏡

I always knew it never would

Locs an Crocs over the last year has become about so much more than Fitness, it has become about so many different major aspects of my life
Van life, Good Times and traveling, politics and Fitness- plus now Burlesque of course.

All parts of myself i am building to be able to live life with love and laughter

Im a multi faceted person and im going to try and authentically show you all that more

The body people showcase P2.

Guys I’m saying it again! It was so much fun 😂

I had the best time with the most wonderful people doing the most silly and fun things! How can life genuinely get better than that😂.

It was around this time last year I covered my first class because ._redmond found me on instagram and I thank god everyday she did 😂! Cos since then the space at the body people has developed, celebrated and challenged and inspired me to be not just a better fitness instructor, but just better 🙏🏾

It welcomes the most incredible people and allows you to have the most fun with fitness and I am so proud and grateful to be an instructor there !!

So just thank you ._redmond again and as always and here’s to many more 🙌🏾
