We've noticed that Loddon Community Gym has accidentally been listed as being open for the Loddon & Chedgrave Arts Festival this weekend.

The gym won't be open as part of this year’s festival - however visitors are always very welcome to pop in during our normal weekday opening hours to find out more about what we do.

It was fantastic to welcome Ben Goldsborough MP for South Norfolk to the Gym this week!

A local success story worth celebrating 💪

It was wonderful to join Loddon Community Gym as they marked their 12th anniversary. I had a great conversation with Louise, Lynne, Mike and Ted about the difference this member led gym is making in the community and how I can support them to continue to go from strength to strength.

Run by volunteers and a professional PT for the benefit of local people, the gym is a brilliant example of what community spirit can achieve.

They are now looking for new members to support the work of their committee, helping to keep the gym accessible, welcoming and sustainable for years to come.

Oh hello shiny new 🚿shower facilities🚿 and upgraded loos!

We are delighted to say that thanks to a Pride in Place Grant, Loddon Town Council has recently refurbished the Gym’s toilet facilities and added a shower for Gym members to use following their workout.

A huge thank you to Loddon Town Council and the Pride in Place programme for these fantastic new and upgraded facilities.

Lots of people have requested early morning Gym sessions, so we're trying them out this month! If you'd like to work out before work, now's your chance. If the new session is popular enough, we'll make it a permanent fixture.
