The sauna is OPEN as usual this week at both Lochwinnoch and Prestwick! ☀️🌊
I know what you’re thinking...
“It’s too hot for a sauna!”
But summer sauna sessions are amazing, less “warming up after a freezing swim” and more “holiday vibes without the airport chaos.

A sauna session doesn’t need to start and finish when you step through the door 😀

Here are a few simple ways to get even more from your visit:

🥶 Arrive early and enjoy a cold dip before your first sauna round - you’ll always be welcomed! This is especially beneficial at Prestwick if you find the tide to be out 🤣🤣🤣

🎩 Wear one of our sauna hats (yes, we provide them!) to stay comfortable in the heat for longer

☕ Support local businesses with a post-sauna coffee, breakfast or lunch. Use our showers if you want to make a day of it! Our faves are Junction Cafe Lochwinnoch Specialty Coffee Bars + Mobile Kart Vic’s

🚆 Leave the car at home – both of our locations are easily reached by public transport

🔁 Alternate between heat, cold and rest for a few rounds to really embrace the sauna experience

We’re adding an extra Paddleboarding & Sauna Session on Friday 26th June! 🏄‍♀️🔥
Join us for a fun and relaxing morning or afternoon, starting with paddleboard tuition on the water, followed by time to unwind in the wood-fired sauna and an optional cold plunge or dip. The perfect combination of adventure, wellness, and feel-good vibes.
Spaces are limited and these sessions have been filling quickly!

Hi folks, here is our round up for this week at Lochwinnoch and Prestwick Saunas! We finished up this round of SUP and Sauna sessions on Monday but will be launching more very soon for July!
We also launched our solstice party this week and are hosting our first book club at Lochwinnoch this Thursday !

Our first Summer Party of the year is here! 3 hours of sauna, dipping, whisking, stretch and relax yoga, pizza and drinks! This year we will have 2 saunas with 2 different vibes - 1 social sauna and one with some nice beats. Come along and enjoy the solstice evening with us in a lovely chilled setting by the loch.
