Craignish Coastal Rowing

What were we thinking? If you were able to see the loch earlier on this morning you'll have seen the skiff out on the water despite the rain, hail, sleet, thunder and cold.
Must be something to this rowing given that we all came away saying we'd had a great time (and yes - Suzie was "hamming" it up for the camera) - so how about giving it a go? - and it's even better during the summer!

This weekend saw a very successful training course with the rowing skiff - we focused on the role of the cox - the one who sits at the back and tells the rest of us what to do - and a good time was had by all.
We had 2 trainers and 20 attendees with folks also coming from the clubs at Achnamara, Dunstaffnage and Arisaig - the folks from Achnamara bringing their skiff, built at the same time as ours, along as well.
Hopefully we will build on these links with the other local clubs and it would be great if more from our club and community joined us - Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings see us out on the water.
