One of the Van Bangers, ready for action.

This Saturday, 20th June, it’s round 2 of the Dhoom- Indian Streatery cash chaser series for the Van Bangers at Lochgelly Raceway.

This event also features Superstox, Stock Rods, Junior Productions and Ninja Karts.

The Junior Production class has been a fantastic addition to the roster at HRP Lochgelly Raceway, and has seen a number of excellent drivers come through the ranks.

The formula has grown over the years and is now producing exciting racing at every event they feature. The youngsters, with a wide range of experience levels, race with no fear - The experienced drivers move in and out as they navigate the traffic without batting an eye lid, leaving the spectators speechless at some of the moves pulled off, as well as near misses!

The Junior Productions are an excellent formula for those between 10 and 15, and shape the future of the sport for formula's such as Stock Rods.

The Junior's are in action on Saturday 20th June at Lochgelly Raceway - Join us then for an exciting 16 race event also featuring the Van Bangers, Superstox, Stock Rods and Ninja Karts.

Saturday 20th June 2026 – Lochgelly Raceway - A fantastic night out for all the family

We welcome the Van Bangers back to Lochgelly Raceway as they compete in round 2 of the Dhoom Indian Streatery Cash Chaser Series with strong prize money on offer throughout the series, and the overall series winner coming away with a tidy £1,000 sum.

Round 1 of the series seen some fantastic on track action, with Ryan Martin, Kai McNulty and Max Fleckley scoring best on the night – Can any of them maintain a top 3 place after this weekends event, or will the likes of Barry Jarman and Iain Tait find themselves further up the rankings? It is hotting up to be an intriguing battled at the top. Some drivers will be chasing race wins – Others will be going for the 20 entertainer points on offer, in addition to the DD points!

This weeks event will also feature the Stock Rods, Junior Productions, Superstox and Ninja Karts, with racing getting underway at 5.00pm.

Spectator gates open at 2.30pm - Simply pay on arrival - Cash or Card payment accepted.

As we close off the first half of the season, by the time the Caravans take to the track, we will have seen a new World Champion crowned as the Ninja Karts compete in the Scrapco Metal & Waste Recycling World Championship earlier in the evening.

We're giving you the chance to win a weekend wristband for the DOUBLE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP event at HRP Lochgelly Raceway in September.

Our first draw is set to take place before the end of this month - so time is running out to get involved.

What's more, any additional funds generated from the draw will be added onto the prize pots for the Superstox and Stock Rods across the World Championship weekend.

Coming in July at Lochgelly Raceway, it is a two day special event.

It promises to be a fantastic weekend for all the family - from a cozy coupe car race, to full on Banger action.

The Unlimited Bangers take to the track on Saturday 25th July, and the 1600 (Spedeworth Spec) Bangers take to the track on Sunday 26th July. Junior Bangers feature both days.

Bangers aside we have lots of great racing too look forward to over the weekend too - The APEX Garden Buildings Ministox European Championship, Rebels European Championship and Superstox John Gibson Memorial all also feature - The Superstox compete on the Saturday only, and will be replaced by 2.0 Hot Rods for the Sunday afternoon.

The Ninja Karts aren't always everyone's cup of tea, but the formula never disappoints when it comes to on track action with exciting racing at every event. The formula has nurtured a large number of drivers throughout the UK who have gone on to compete at the top end of not only further junior formulas, but also senior formulas as well.

When you look at the recent roll of honour for various formulas, there are lots of names that have started there careers off in Ninja Karts - Locally, there has been drivers such as Robbie Armit and Charlie Hardie who have gone on to be successful in both Junior and Senior classes since graduating from the Ninja Kart formula.

The Ninja Kart class always provide close, fast racing, offering lots of overtaking, lead changes and dramatic moments from lap 1 to the final lap in almost every race.

The youngsters are back in action this Saturday, 20th June ahead of the Scrapco Metal & Waste Recycling World Championship on the 27th June.

Lochie Heeps made his debut in the class a couple of meetings ago, and last time out, managed to take 2 race wins and will be one to watch this Saturday night as he attemps to hold off some of the more established drivers in the formula.

Henry Hunn will be in attendance as well, as he shows off the silver roof - having won the HRP Points Championship for the 2025-26 campaign.

The Ninja Kart formula are the stars of the future, and it's great to see the youngsters grow throughout there Ninja Kart careers.
