Another week of Aeternum Athletes smashing it out the park 👏

Huge congrats to Jaqueline and Chelsea who took on THE RAINHILL TRIALS // FITNESS EVENTS this weekend. A hugely competitive field and they did the gym proud!

Megan & Steph taking 2nd at the The Gauntlet and in their matching tops and trainers too 👯‍♀️

A big turn out for HYROX Official Tenerife where we had 10 athletes taking part (we promise they weren’t just there for the holiday 👀)

And Andy, who decided Tenerife wasn’t for him and headed to Hyrox in Athens ☀️

Our kids and teens membership is only £35 a month and gives you access to👇🏼

👋🏼Teens CrossFit on Tuesdays & Thursdays
👋🏼 Hyrox YoungStars on Wednesday & Friday

And if they’re not quite at the drop-off stage, we have our awesome Family Class every Sunday morning as a Pay As You Go option 🏋️‍♀️
