just for clarity here. It makes no sense whatsoever to set up at your car if it is no on site. It will take up a much larger space on the bus to transport a set up kit than it would to transport a case / box and there is an obvious risk of doing damage if trying to move in and out of a vehicle with a bow ready set up. You know Pentref. There's plenty of room to put your case down in the club house but it is obviously, as always at your own risk. If you forget anything from your set up and need to go back to the car, the shuttle buses are running until 10.30 (shooting starts at 10) so there's the opportunity to go back. If anything happens between that time and the times for return on the schedule there are plenty of Pentref people who will be there with cars who can take you back. Hopefully this will not be needed as we will all be busy, but we are all primed to do so if needed. I hope this puts your mind at rest. Also, we've had quite a few drop out last minute (making national teams and stuff) so we're looking around 150 or so now

Shout out to all previous trophy winners at the British Field championships. Will you please remember to bring any trophies you may have received with you on Saturday morning so I will have them ready to award to the new champions. Thanks Jean

Well, what a fabulous fabulous weekend, in my case just fantastic got around both days after a 13mth lay off (over the moon) this old relic is still going YAY, IT WAS GREAT TO BE BACK, BOY DID I MISS YOU LOT. Now to the shoot, great weather, great course, great catering, great judges, and with Mathew Thomas back and what he has done with our IT stuff (brought us up to 2026) thanks Matt, great admin, but best of all great Archers so thank you all, So so glad to be back, hope to see you all very soon, take care John.
