The WINTER WOBBLE (Real Ale Wobble) is on 14th NOV 2026. Sign up at https://www.green-events.co.uk Whether you are a hardened mountain biker or a fun rider who happens to like a drop of real ale, the Llanwrtyd Real Ale Wobble will be right up your street. The Wobble is a non-competitive event marking the beginning of our 10-day Beer Festival. With courses for both serious bikers and enthusiastic a

mateurs, anyone can give the event a go. Routes are way-marked and marshalled with 2 checkpoints along the way and one at the finish. Beer tokens can be exchanged for locally brewed real ale at these (although water, hot drinks and soft drinks are also available). The scenery is exquisite, with the routes through some of the most delightful, unspoilt mountains and forestry in this hidden gem of a location at the heart of Mid Wales. Evenings offer an opportunity to try out many of the extensive selection of Real Ales, Ciders and Perrys available across the festival venues, as well as the chance to enjoy some excellent local bands that provide entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Beer Festival is on throughout the week and the following weekend, when you can try The Real Ale Ramble at its conclusion - so why not make a holiday of it!?
