The North Pole School of Tai Chi Chuan We are a Tai chi school, teaching the Yang family style. Classes are held in a private studio. Tai chi is a style of kung fu/martial art from China.

We are located in a beautiful scenic part of Carmarthenshire, Wales, away from traffic, and people, with views of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains. It uses gentle relaxed moves, combined with meditation and chi energy to overcome hardness and aggression. As a result it is also a healing art. We are based In Pumsaint, between Lampeter and Llandovery, in the Carmarthenshire area of South West Wales.
