Starting next week 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ 6am every Tuesday morning from August 6th for 6-weeks 💪🏽

We do things a little different here 😎
Which means:
Speed-work ✔️
Actual coaching ✔️
Improvements in your running ✔️
Learn how to warm up for your runs ✔️
Education on pacing for a half-marathon ✔️
Look good, feel good and have fun whilst doing it 🏆

It’s where my coaching journey began 13 years ago so it’s only fitting! 10 years of coaching grassroots and Otis will be going into the U10’s this season 👦🏻
