Pleased to announce that Body Sculpt Burn is back in January 2026 at Emporium Health & Fitness Club.

We’re kicking things off with a FREE Barbell & Abs class on Tuesday 6th January at 6:00pm.

Regular classes will then start from Monday 12th January, 6:00pm–7:00pm.

Weekly timetable:

Monday: Body Sculpt Burn (Full Body Conditioning)
Tuesday: Body Sculpt Circuits
Thursday: Body Sculpt Barbell & Abs

Chicken, Mango & coconut curry 😋.

Ingredients:

6 cloves of garlic

1 white onion

Thumb sized fresh ginger.

1 x red bell pepper

2 x Mango (Ripe)

Chicken drum fillet 500g

1 Tbsp of Tika masala curry paste.

1 x Tsp garam masala

1 x Tsp Tumeric

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp dishon mustard

2 x tsp of honey ( Weston Honey from my cousin’s and aunts bee hive).

1 x tin of coconut milk

2 x Tbsp of ground almond

2 x Tbsp of chickpea flower

Served with pilau rice and coriander to garnish.
