Great competition at The Dome in Doncaster. Ruth May and Owen Hignell both winning gold 🥇🥇, against very good competition. Both at the bottom end of the weight categories with Ruth fighting Olympic category.
Only 2 fighters and we placed 15th out of 29 teams 💪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Super proud of them. Great work by Rebecca Hignell officiating again 👌. Thank you Master Gary Sykes for a great day 🙏 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Wales Taekwondo Llantwit Major Taekwondo Vale Sports Development Team Sport Wales
