🚴‍♀️💯 Newest Centurion Alert: Sara! 💯🚴‍♀️

If you ask Sara, she’ll tell you she never thought she’d make it to 100 rides. In fact, according to her, she only comes to water the plant and spends most classes describing the experience as some form of carefully organised torture. 🌱😂

But here’s the thing… she keeps showing up.

Through the early mornings, the tough climbs, the questionable coaching decisions and the moments when she’d probably rather be anywhere else, she kept turning up and getting it done.

And that’s exactly why today I’m delighted to welcome Sara into the very exclusive Centurion Club. 💯

Sara, it’s always a pleasure sharing the studio with you. Whether we’re surviving a feral set list or exchanging a perfectly timed eye roll about certain situations, we somehow manage entire conversations without saying a word. 🤭

Thank you for being part of our community, for your consistency, your humour and for proving to yourself that you’re capable of far more than you thought.

Wowee! We are absolutely delighted to announce that SoulHQ has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best of Wales Health & Fitness category! 💚

Voting opens again tomorrow and we’re asking, once more, for your support.

This nomination means so much. Not just to me, but to every instructor who gives their all, and every rider who walks through our doors, clips in, and becomes part of our incredible community.

“When is the next SoulPrime?” 👀💪

So rather than me guessing, I’m putting it to the people!

I’m going to host a poll and see which day works best for the majority. Once the votes are in, we’ll aim for the most popular option and get the next SoulPrime booked in. 🔥
