REMINDER: We’re holding another Divot Night on Wednesday and would love your help to keep our course in great shape ready for the Club Championship weekend! 🚜🌱

If you’re able to join us, please bring a bucket as we’ll need it for the divot mix as we repair and restore the turf together. 🪣

What an incredible event at Llantrisant Golf Club!

We are absolutely thrilled to have been selected as a host venue for the Wales Golf PING Golf Welsh Junior Tour! Seeing so much young talent on our fairways was a true privilege. (Read more about the tour here: https://ow.ly/b3tF50ZeUq9)

Hosting an event of this scale takes a massive team effort, and we have quite a few people to thank:

A huge thank you to Matt Yates and the greens team for producing a truly top class course which had some impressive feedback.

Thank you to John McDonald for delivering the highest standard of organisation from our operations team in the pro shop and thought the club.

Thank you to Jodie Emery and the bar staff for offering such professional, friendly service despite the brilliant chaos of hosting over 160 golfers!

Thank you to all of our junior section, along with Club Captain Gavin Evans and Director Jason Thomas, for continuing to push our course out there and putting us on the map.

Thank you to Wales Golf for selecting us to host this fantastic event.

And of course, a massive shoutout to all of the volunteer marshalls, ball spotters, car park attendants, and general dogs bodies! Events like this simply cannot happen without your hard work and dedication.

The feedback we’ve received about all aspects of our estate has been absolutely first class, and we hope to welcome the Tour back again in the future!

Members, we are approaching our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 23rd June 2026.

To help ensure the meeting runs smoothly and allows us to provide full and considered responses, we kindly ask that any questions you wish to raise are submitted in advance.

🗓️ Important Details & Deadlines:
🟢AGM Date: Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 at 6pm
🟢Question Submission Deadline: TODAY

At this year’s AGM, we will be:
1️⃣ Re-electing the Chairperson.
2️⃣ Providing opportunities to join the Board!

We highly encourage any members with enthusiasm, experience, or specialist skills (such as leadership, HR, or other key areas) to consider getting involved. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to driving and shaping the future of our club! 🙌
