Llanishen RFC are looking for sponsors for the coming season for our senior 1st team, and a number of the Mini and Junior teams as well. As we come out of lockdown we are all looking forward to getting back onto the pitch and playing the great game again.

We realise these are trying times for all businesses, but we would welcome any interest from local, or indeed national businesses who are keen to support a great community club.

Llanishen RFC need your help!

Llanishen RFC have been granted 351 tree whips (12-18 inches high) that need to be planted within the perimeter of the acoustic fence at the 3G pitch.

We are looking for volunteers to attend starting this Saturday, in socially distanced groups of 5 ideally (2 groups can combine) to help us plant the trees.

It is a great opportunity for all the younger players to plant a tree, and potentially tag it with their name. They can then watch the tree grow as they grow with the club.

It will create a much nicer environment inside the fence line and will be something we can all be really proud of.

If you intend to help out this Saturday, and please do, then could you let Ian Burns / Ian Morris know on [email protected] so that he can co-ordinate attendance so that we manage social distancing correctly and do not have too many groups on one day.

Note: It is anticipated that it may take a couple of weekends at least to complete, dependent on the amount of volunteers, social distancing measures and the weather so plenty of opportunity to get involved.

State of the art rugby and football pitch (World Rugby and FIFA accredited surface. Full international size with 2 dugs outs, electronic scoreboard and spectator stand for circa 20 people.

We have 4 international size changing rooms, with a large shower area and room for physio tables.

We also have 2 referees changing rooms, complete with showers.
