Second Training Hike for the Llangollen Round – May Challenge

Join us Saturday, 8th February, for our second training hike. We’ll be covering more sections of the actual Llangollen Round, building on the progress from our first hike. Expect a few more hills this time to really test those legs – you’ll thank me later! 💪😛

Kit Checklist:
- Comfortable hiking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing (waterproofs, hat, gloves, warm layers)

Group training members are you ready?

First Training Hike for the Llangollen Round 💪

🗓️ Date: Sunday : 19th January
📍 Meeting Point : Sports Club Car Park (Greg King HQ)
⏰ Meeting Time: 9:00 AM

Kit Required
- Comfortable hiking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing - waterproofs, hat, gloves, warm layers
- Lunch, snacks and water

Details:
The first training hike for the Llangollen Round in May is here! This 15-kilometre route will cover some sections of the actual round, making it a perfect start to your training 💪

⏳ Duration: 3–5 hours (group speed & weather dependent). We'll be walking together and no one will be left behind 😄

Future Training Walks:
I’ll be organising more group hikes as we progress, including:
- Midweek evening walks
- Weekend hikes

Hi all, I just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, most of all good health!

These days, people don't spend much time or thought on some personal words to their friends and family. They just copy and paste some random message and send it on.

So after all we've been though together this year, I want to thank you all for your friendship and wish you a happy and fulfilling 2018 - you’re the best gymnastics group anyone could ask for. Best wishes, Helen xx

Does anyone else feel awkward in front of the camera, or is it just me!?

It felt great to get outside in the fresh air of the quieter Clwydian Range hills. Enjoyed some sunshine, a hike, pub grub, and even got a stitch on the way back to the car park 😂
