Steve Stockdale is a former World Champion martial artist, qualified personal trainer and fitness and martial arts instructor. Thirty years of training in flexibility, balance, martial arts and strength training have resulted in the highly effective and unique fitness programme that is Still Kicking.
What can you expect in a session?
Each class begins with an energizing warm up to challenge the brain and build up stamina and fitness. Regulars have all commented that they have seen significant improvements:

Next comes the tailored stretching routine that will improve your flexibility and functional movement. You will quickly see an improvement and you can practise all these techniques at home:

Next it's time to get your heart rate up again ,usually with a fun game with a focus on strength and fitness.

Then onto a selection of balance and core exercises which will help you lose weight, get fit:

Finally the cool down stretch will leave you feeling balanced and revitalised and ready for all your challenges:
