This weekend, our Reserves are back on the road as we take on Penyffordd.

The boys have made a strong start to the season, finding the net 23 times in just 3 games. Despite suffering defeat in their last outing, the team will be looking to bounce back, get back to winning ways and come away with 3 points.

A big performance will be needed from the lads.

The club is delighted to announce the signing of Ryan Lancelotte from Pen-Y-Cae

Luke: 🗣️ “Ryan spent a lot of time with us in pre season, so I’m already well aware of his qualities and what he can offer to our side.

His strengths are a little different to what we currently have in the group and I’m excited to see him at Tower Fields this weekend for our home fixture against Builth Wells.”

Ryan: 🗣️ “Happy to finally get the move done. It’s a great club with a really good setup, and I’m looking forward to the season ahead.

It wasn’t the result we wanted on Saturday, but there were definitely plenty of positives to take from the game going into our next league fixture.

Looking forward to the rest of the season now and seeing what we can achieve!”

FIRST TEAM MANAGEMENT TEAM CONFIRMED - better late than never...

We’re pleased to confirm Luke Maybury will continue as First Team Manager for the upcoming season, supported by Assistant Manager Ollie Bentley and First Team Coach Calum Davies.

This will be Luke’s sixth season in charge, having played a huge role in the club’s progress both on and off the pitch. We’re delighted to have him continuing at the helm. Luke is kindly sponsored by Riversdale House B&B

Ollie stepped up midway through last season after starting the campaign as Reserves Manager. His strong relationship with Luke and knowledge of the squad will be vital once again. Thank you to Brew N Bants for sponsoring Ollie for the season.

Calum joins us after most recently being part of Mold Football Club. Young, enthusiastic and highly motivated, Cal has settled into the group brilliantly and brings plenty of experience and energy to the setup. Cal will be sponsored by Llangollen Hostel for the season.

A huge thank you to all three sponsors, and our appreciation to the coaching staff for their hard work and commitment for the new season.
