A couple of great days in North Wales with Jonny Robson, introducing him to the delights of multipitch trad climbing. Despite the poor forecast, we dodged the rain and climbed on Dinas Cromlech the first day, and Tremadog the second. One step in the clouds (VS 4c) was a nice finish to the 2 days!

My first days back working in North Wales, and it was a very wet experience! Dominic wanted to learn scrambling ropework skills, so we kept low down and went to Tryfan Bach and the pinnacles. When the weather is so bad, there's little point in going up high- it just becomes an endurance test and not a great learning experience. I'm looking forward to more days out in Snowdonia soon!

A month into the Turkish stay, and the climbing continues to amaze. Besides the well known hard climbing in Can Baba cave, there is an abundance of high quality easier climbing, making this a brilliant place for your first foreign sport climbing trip.
With lots of history, great food and lovely beaches, Datca has it all! Incredibly cheap as well.

The final outdoor climbing of the year! Despite the dismal forecast, drytooling is always possible as it doesn't matter whether the rock is dry or not.
White goods near Ruthin is one of the best venues in the country, with a full range of grades. Get in touch if you'd like to try this, we can supply the equipment!

Exciting day on a crag I've meant to visit for years- despite the good bolting, it all feels very adventurous and quite a contrast to the stuff above the road on the Orme. The rock was surprisingly " strong and stable "
