What an afternoon … Members of had the most AMAZING time coasteering with Anglesey Adventures today! 🌊💦

Jumping off rocks, scrambling along the coastline, swimming through the sea and definitely pushing a few people outside their comfort zones 😂🙌

There were plenty of laughs, a few nervous faces 😬, some BIG jumps and a whole lot of encouragement along the way! ❤️

This is exactly what our community is all about … not just training together, but getting outside the gym, trying something different, making memories and having a brilliant time together 🖤❤️

A HUGE thank you to the team at Anglesey Adventures for looking after us and giving us such a fantastic afternoon … we absolutely loved it! 🙌🌊

And a massive well to everyone who came along and got stuck in … it’s safe to say that we’ll definitely be doing this again! 👀🔥

GYM VS GYM IS COMING TO FFITRWYDD MÔN!!

The ultimate battle of the gyms, and we want YOU to help us put Ffitrwydd Môn on the global map! 🌍🔥

On Friday 2nd October, between 6pm - 8pm, we’re hosting our very own DEKA MILE Gym Vs Gym Challenge! 💪

This isn’t just another workout … this is your chance to represent and compete against gyms from across the world as we fight for our place on the global leaderboard 🌎🏆

The challenge: 
🔥 10 DEKA functional zones 🏃 1 mile of running (160m between zones)
💪 Strength, endurance, speed and strategy tested from start to finish

Whether you’re a seasoned DEKA athlete or this is your very first event, everyone is welcome! 🙌

Choose your challenge: 
✅ Solo ✅ 2-person team

Every athlete will receive:
 🏅 Official DEKA medal 👕 DEKA finisher t-shirt 🔥 The opportunity to earn your DEKA Mark and represent Ffitrwydd Môn on the world stage

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ TAKES ON THE CAERNARFON 10K! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Another fantastic weekend of racing and another opportunity for our amazing members to get out there, challenge themselves, and represent Ffitrwydd Môn! 💪🔥

A huge well done to everyone who took on the Caernarfon 10K today. Whether it was chasing a PB, testing your fitness, or simply enjoying the experience, we’re incredibly proud of every single one of you! 👏

🔥 TWO WEEKENDS … TWO EPIC CHALLENGES … ONE INCREDIBLE WARRIOR 🔥

Words cannot describe how proud we are of Cheryl after what she has achieved over the last two weekends 👏

First up … The Lakeland 50 🏔️
A gruelling 50 mile (80km) ultra trail race through the Lake District, testing strength, endurance, resilience, and mental toughness every step of the way.

And if that wasn’t enough… just one week later Cheryl took on the Cybi Coastal 25km 🌊⛰️ … another tough challenge across the stunning but demanding Anglesey coastal terrain.

Two weekends … Two brutal events … Hundreds of kilometres covered! Countless hours of training, preparation, and sacrifice behind the scenes.

Cheryl, you are an absolute warrior 💪🔥

🏅 WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT! 🏅

Words can’t describe just how proud we are of Bev & Cath after taking on the Cybi Coastal Marathon this weekend .. widely regarded as the 8th hardest marathon in the world! 🌊⛰️

This wasn’t just 26.2 miles ... it was 26.2 miles of relentless climbs, rugged coastal trails, and a true test of both physical and mental resilience.

HUGE congratulations to: 🏃‍♀️ Cath - 5:50 🏃‍♀️ Bev - 7:51

Crossing that finish line was an achievement in itself, and both of you showed incredible determination, grit, and resilience from start to finish.

Congratulations ladies! You’ve done yourselves, your families and incredibly proud ❤️👏

We started together... and we finished together ❤️

Five DEKA FITs … One finish line … One unforgettable journey!

Crossing that finish line side by side is a moment we’ll never forget. On my birthday, I honestly couldn’t have imagined sharing this crazy challenge with anyone else.

As husband and wife, over the years we’ve faced plenty of challenges together, but taking on the UK’s very first DEKA FIT ULTRA together was something special. Every step, every station, every high and low … we tackled it as a team, right to the very end.

They say teamwork makes the dream work … this finish line is proof of that ❤️

Here’s to taking on more crazy challenges together and making memories that will last a lifetime 🥰
