Robert Davies Health & Fitness opened on 24th August 2011, after months of planning, preparation & execution. The Club is named after the owner’s (Mikey) father, who passed away in October 2010. We are the only independent fitness center in Llanelli and we're proud of it. All of our memberships include:

- 48 classes to choose from

per week

- two floors of fitness equipment

- 4 class studios, including a boxing studio

- Ladies only gym

- Sauna and steam room area

- Free 1 to 1 fitness assessments

- rehabilitation programs for injuries

Our aim is to achieve your goals, we are the only fitness center in Llanelli that employ qualified instructors on a full time basis so you can get the advise or help at all times during your workout. come and give us a go, you wont regret it.
