Member spotlight Jennie Davies😊

- Well overdue spotlight post for our Jennie who came to us after her sister Georgia had been on her case trying to get her to start training. Once Jennie bit the bullet and came to us, she realised how much potential she had and how she found training is actually helping her with her day to day life especially being a busy mam, she signed onto a membership 😊

- Jennie has been an awesome addition here at NUKE as she always comes in with a smile on her face and is always up for anything we put in front of her. She has definitely taking her training up a notch as she is getting her weights sessions and a conditioning session in every week without fail! This has led to her feeling a lot stronger and fitter and just generally feeling better📈

- Jennie is always trying to encourage and motivate people around her in sessions whether it’s to go heavier or try their first conditioning session. Jennie gets on so well with everyone in the gym and must be a rewarding feeling to train with her sister Georgia ( it’s tense with how competitive they can be at times🫣😂). Keep up your good work and keep being the Jennie we all know🤩

5 ways to help 30+ clients get results
(Without Living in the Gym) 📈

You maybe Stressed, busy parents, have demanding job and kids running around in sports weekly, this is what I would suggest and how we can help and whats working for our members! 😀

1️⃣ Train with intent
You are rushed for time .. so every session has to have a purpose and count, phone away, head down and follow a plan here, with no random workouts.

2️⃣ Strength first
Build muscle, protect joints, boost long term health. Get stronger with great technique before going heavy and then dip in or add in fitness

3️⃣ 45–60 minute sessions
Efficient training beats long pointless workouts. Get in, train hard and get out so you maximise your time
-
4️⃣ Train with people. We’ve all done it on our own but it can be boring or lonely but training with other like minded individuals will always get you faster and better results, plus its just more fun and more sociable

5️⃣ Coached, not crushed
Here we are all about small, steady and smart progress over time that works with your body. 2-3 full body weights is the 🐐 weekly for most busy people. Its about training not killing you off!

Almost 6 months into the year! Lots of conversation’s with people and this is what is coming up constantly when speaking to these people looking to start or come back!

Fitness and getting in shape can be hard, don’t make it any more difficult than what it needs to be!

People start fitness and quit. Here are the 5 main reasons for that and how we are helping people here from the date we have collected this year! ☺️

You need the right coach, training, culture, community, times of sessions and so on for it to really work for you!

So many people can benefit from personal training! It’s one of the best investments you will make, you just have to find something that’s right for you! 😄

This first photo was taken just before the gym even opened V her most recent check in! A lot can change in that time! ☺️
-
At one point she was a bit of a rut, a little blip. We had a good chat about consistency and about just showing up, and then something clicked.
-
Laura knuckled down, started training around really good people. Training with friends, some of her best friends. She was already strong, but with a couple of small tweaks around food and being gently nudged into running, things really started to move. Running wasn’t easy at first, but she stuck with it and now the results speak for themselves.
-
This is something I say to new starters all the time. When people walk in and say, “I want to look like her” or “I want to be as strong as him,” the truth is simple. They have just been here a bit longer.
-
The people everyone is in awe of are the ones who stayed the course from the early days. Week after week, kept turning up with no shortcuts.
-
Just last week in our meeting, staff were commenting on how strong Laura is getting on the weights and others are noticing how much her running has come on. She is always up for events, always getting involved, and while she doesn’t always listen, jokes aside 🤪, she has absolutely knuckled down over the last few months and it shows so fairplay!
-
Her strength, her fitness, her confidence all massively improved. And just scroll to the last photo to see a huge change in clothes. These Jeans were tight last year and if the clothes are feeling looser, then thats body fat dropping! ☺️
-
And that is the real message here.
Doing the same simple things, over and over again, and slowly getting better at them works.
-
If you are 30 plus and thinking “I should have started years ago,” this is your sign. Just start NOW. Stay consistent. Let us help you and let time do the rest.

Member spotlight Elle roach😄

- spotlight post for the legend Elle, nice girl and loves a burpee🤪 All jokes aside, massive shoutout to Elle who is our youngest member and started a membership with us December last year and is still going so strong with her fitness journey 🙌

- When Elle is in we know that there will be a bag of laughs on the gym floor (and a lotttt of questions🫣😂). She gets on so well with all of our members and she brings really good energy with her to class which we can see helps others around her🤩

- We have seen really good changes in Elle from when she first started and not just physical but the way she moves and carries herself. Her technique on movements have improved, a lot more confident, clothes fitting better and making better choices on the nutrition side which helped her achieve her recent goal of dropping a stone for a holiday which she smashed📈

- Elle knows consistency is key to her goals but she also knows to stay patient and positive! She is doing absolutely awesome so let’s keep it going and smash your fresh set of goals you’ve set yourself! Chuffed to have you here at NUKE and keep being you😊

Monday and starting the week off with some member results!! Sophie Baker class work .baker1112 👏

Sophie’s been with us for a few months now and is going from strength to strength. You can clearly see how well she’s doing in these photos, but what’s even better is the progress she’s making outside the gym.
-
She’s making a real, conscious effort to improve her health and fitness, improving her nutrition, getting involved with our members, and showing up consistently. Three sessions a week, without fail. Stronger, fitter and more confident every week. 📈
-
Currently on our Summer shred and honestly she’s only going to keep getting better.
-
Busy mum. Stressful job. Still putting in a massive effort to be as fit and healthy as she can be, for her and her girls! 😀
-
Soph, it’s awesome to have you here. You’re absolutely smashing it.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep being patient, keep being consistent, keep training hard and keep playing the long game. 😀🥳
