A brief word from Sensei Len:-

Welcome back after the summer break. Hope you had a good break and are ready to train for your next awards
A warm welcome will also be extended to any newcomers
So if you want to get fit and learn a new martial art which will help with confidence building, self defense and general fitness come and give it a go
All ages 5 and over welcome

Just a reminder that there’s no karate training on the 8th and 9th and 29 th July due to gradings taking place.
Can I also remind everyone grading to make sure your licence and grading fees are paid up to date

Hi Everyone
Due to the increase in rent and utilities I’m afraid I have to increase training fees from Monday 3/7/23 to £6 per session
I have tried to keep it at £5 for as long as I can but due to the increases I have no option

9kyu(red) - 5kyu (blue) at 12 noon
You will all be given grading forms prior to this date

The annual Christmas Dinner has been set for this year.

It will be on Saturday 10th December 2022 at the
Bridge Llangennech. Time- 6.30pm

I hope to put up a menu very soon and will be gathering names of anyone who can attend.
There will be belt presentations on the night too

We hope to hold a raffle on the night so if anyone would like to contribute with either donations of prizes or buying or selling tickets we'd be very grateful.
