Fitness Instructor for older adults. Personal Trainer I qualified as a Personal Trainer in May 2013.

I offer 1:1 training sessions incorporating a full nutrition and weight management programme, which can be done in the comfort of your own home or outside or on zoom ! If you have a friend who is interested I could do 2:1 and split the cost. circuits/ strength and endurance
