What happens in a class?

People ask what actually happens in a RAW class, so here it is.

Stations set up before you arrive. A warm-up that looks like a game. Circuits with a coach at each one. Skills broken down small enough that every child gets a win. A bit of free play. Then home, usually asleep in the car.

It is structured, but it never feels like a lesson.

New school year, new routines 🫶🏼

And plenty of learning outside the classroom too.

Having a go, getting things wrong, trying again, making friends, building confidence… and of course learning some gymnastics along the way 🤸‍♀️

No pressure, no competition. Just a fun place to move, learn and be part of something.

A gentle word to the parents watching RAW Kids Gymnastics from the side.....

We see you looking at the mats. We see you thinking about it. You're remembering being nine, and you're thinking that a cartwheel is probably still in there somewhere.

Sadly this class is not for you, but all of our RAW Kids classes are held in fitness spaces and the owners would LOVE to help you get your fitness journey started!

But leave the gymnastics to the small ones.
