Fat loss foods you can eat MORE of.
Fat loss doesn’t mean tiny portions and being hungry all day.
It means choosing foods that keep you full while helping you stay in a calorie deficit.
Some of my favourites:
🥔 Potatoes
🍎 Fruit
🥣 0% Greek yoghurt
🥦 Vegetables
🍳 Egg whites
All high-volume, filling foods that make dieting a lot easier.
And before anyone says it.
No, carbs aren’t making you fat.
No, fruit isn’t “too sugary.”
And yes, potatoes can absolutely be part of a fat loss diet.
The people who succeed with fat loss aren’t usually the ones eating the least food.
They’re the ones choosing foods that keep them satisfied for the calories they’re eating.

Scale up after eating more carbs?
Before you panic, you probably didn’t gain fat overnight.
When you eat more carbs, your body stores more glycogen (stored carbohydrate), and glycogen pulls water into your muscles. That means the scale can jump up quickly but it’s usually water, not body fat.
The same thing happens in reverse. Cut carbs and the scale often drops fast but most of that initial drop is water weight, not fat loss.
This is where so many people get stuck
❌ Scale goes up → panic
❌ Cut carbs and do extra cardio
❌ Feel miserable
❌ Add carbs back → scale rises
❌ Assume they gained fat
In reality, your body is just restoring glycogen and rehydrating.
Carbs are not the enemy.
They fuel your workouts, support recovery, and help you perform at your best.
Stop obsessing over daily weigh-ins and start looking at the weekly average and long-term trend.
That’s where real fat loss progress happens.

Let me guess, you’ve got a busy schedule and fat loss feels impossible 👀
If you’re working full-time, stressed, and constantly busy this is what actually works:
âś… Train 3 per week
45–60 mins. Push / Pull / Legs.
Keep it simple and focus on getting stronger over time.
You do NOT need fancy workouts.
You need consistency.
âś… Nutrition matters
If you’re busy, meal prep is a game changer.
Work out your calories + macros, then spend 1–2 hours on a Sunday prepping your week.
And honestly meal prep isn’t hard.
Most people are just overwhelmed by the thought of it.
Keep meals simple but enjoyable.
You don’t need 20 different meals.
Most people only need:
• 2 breakfast options
• 2 lunch options to meal prep
That’s it.
âś… Move more daily
This is HUGE for fat loss.
Walk more.
Park further away.
Get up every hour and move.
Small habits add up faster than you think.
âś… Stay consistent
This is where most people fail.
3 good days means nothing.
You need routine. Repetition. Time.
Fat loss isn’t complicated:
Train.
Eat properly.
Move more.
Stay consistent.
Simple.

Most people don’t need a new diet.
They need a reality check.
Fat loss can absolutely be harder because of hormones, age, genetics, medication, stress, lifestyle — all of that is real. But harder ≠ impossible.
The truth is:
• Your metabolism probably isn’t “broken”
• You’re likely not eating as little as you think
• You’re likely not moving as much as you think
• And waiting for the “perfect time” is keeping you stuck
This isn’t about shame. It’s about honesty.
Because progress starts when the excuses stop.
You do not need perfection.
You need consistency.
That’s what changes your body.

Stop Living for Approval
If you’re constantly worried about what other people think you’ll never focus on yourself.
Here’s the truth people will always judge. They’ll never play a real part in your life, they matter about as much as a grain of sand on a beach.
So why waste your limited time on Earth worrying about Bob? F**k Bob.
In 100 years, none of this will matter. Most people don’t care anyway. And if they do? Usually, it’s jealousy.
Stop living for their approval. Start living for you. đź’Ş
