The best thing about cycle touring isn't the epic views or flying down a winding road after climbing a 15% gradient hill in +30 degree heat, it's the food at the end of the day. Forget MSG, cycle touring is the ultimate flavor enhancer. You could have eaten in the best restaurant in the world, yet nothing compares to tucking into a huge pot of food cooked after a long days cycling.

Spending a month using the prototype has been a blast!

Since launching the Open Fire range we've always wondered how a lightweight carbon steel camping set might perform against traditional camping cookware. This would be specifically designed for cooking on gas and lightweight enough for cycle-touring and backpacking.

The prototype performed very well for this use case - but not perfectly. What would make it perfect you ask? Well...you'll have to keep an eye on us and you might find out soon enough.
