Celtic Nations Walking Football 060's have had some outstanding leadership on the arena of action with the following protagonists as Player Manager Coaches and or Captains. All four gentleman will be considered for similar roles within that age group as to their availability. They are all great players and or managers and or captains. It is planned to have two 060's Squads for the future to enter events similar to our competitors. Celtic Nations Director Daz Peck has ruled himself out as a manager of the 060's as he wants to focus on playing in that age group & maybe skippering. THE NEW POPULAR Player Manager Coach of Celtic Nations Walking Football 065's that has settled down very well into his new role is Vince Carroll (Pictured L & Below R). Pictured Top (R) is Graham "Jess" James" who resigned from the role so he can focus on Playing & Coaching with the 070's but not in a Team Selection Managerial Role. Celtic Nations Director David Allen (Pictured (L) with England WF Ladies) & England Walking Football Supremo & 050's Player Brendan Maxwell (Pictured R) thank the one & only Gail Redston (68) in the pictures on her retirement from the International scene. The Lancashire Grandmother has starred in her last of many International encounters for England Walking Football Women's 060's but her long time illustrious career in both Walking Football & Association Football 11aside has been truly outstanding in which Gail has won a houseful of honours. Before taking up Club Walking Football which Gail will continue, she had previously been an eminent figurehead as a key player for the famous Manchester City Women's Association Football 11aside Team for one & a half decades. TWO OF THE OLDEST Walking Football Internationals in the United Kingdom that have achieved honours by representing the Celtic Nations in action are Winston "Churchill" Price (82) pictured (L) & Michael Kielty (83) pictured (R). Winston's club side in Walking Football is Evans & Williams & for light hearted fun he likes to attract the laughs by dressing up as a drag act. Michael's club side is Queen's Park Rangers. Mike has also played Internationally for the Republic of Ireland in Walking Football & his two sons Gary-Paul Kielty & Justin Kielty have guest acted in a few UK TV Soaps.

Isle of Anglesey born & bred Player Merfyn Williams (Pictured) scored on his debut for the Celtic Nations 065's in their credable 1-1 draw against a strong Republic of Ireland side at the Winter Nations Walking Football Championships played at the New Irish Centre in Birmingham UK on Saturday September 5th 2026. Merfyn looks forward to leaving his beautiful Island for more outings with The Celts.

MIXED FORTUNES for the Celtic Nations 065's at the Winter Nations Walking Football Championships at the New Irish Centre in Birmingham UK..The prestigious event was played on Saturday September 5th 2026. The Celts had two hard fought draws, two narrowly defeats & a glorious 3-1 victory at the expence of Sweden. Never-the-less a very satisfactory day for the Celtish 065's who scored nine goals on the day & conceded nine goals. Pictured in the Celtic Nations 065's Squad is Back Row L to R:- Andrew Alexander Mcmath, Patrick Pope, Jack MacLachlan & Richard Stock. Front Row L to R:- Player Manager Coach Vince Carroll, Captain Ollie Stagg & Merfyn Williams. Missing is Goalkeeper Alec Huntress.

DRAMATIC LADDER FALLS. Unfortunately, Celtic Nations are rather concerned & send their love & kindest regards to our Association Football 11aside Veterans International & Walking Football International John Macnamara (Pictured L) who is to go under major surgery following a bad fall from a ladder that has left John with a broken shoulder & five broken ribs. Earlier this year, Graham "Jess" James (Pictured R) another Celtish Association Football 11aside Veterans International & Walking Football International had a similar accident when he fell off a ladder dislocating his shoulder & damaging his ribs. "Jess" we understand is on his full way to recovery to play again but John is going to be out of footballing action for sometime. John is reading this post on-line so it will be appreciated for all of John's Celtish Family to send him their best wishes & a get well message for a speedy recovery following this unfortunate incident.
