Whether you’re stepping onto the platform for the first time or looking for another opportunity to put your training into action, we’d love to see you there.

Over 18s and non-members can enter via Sport:80.

🔥 Adults Weightlifting + Conditioning Classes 🔥

📍 Tuesdays + Thursdays
🕡 6:30–7:45pm
💷 Just £35 per month

If you’ve already got the basics and want to become stronger, move better, and improve your lifting technique, these sessions are for you.

✅ Expert coaching
✅ Progressive programming 📈 over a 12 week period
✅ Suitable for those with a basic to intermediate level of strength and weightlifting experience
✅ Improve your technique, strength and overall fitness

Expect a mix of:
🏋️ Squats
🏋️ Deadlifts
🏋️ Snatches
🏋️ Clean & Jerks

And every session finishes with a challenging 15-minute conditioning workout to round things off. 🥵

Come and train in a friendly, supportive environment where you’ll be challenged, encouraged and coached every step of the way. 💪

Here are some examples of why you should stick with it.

Olympic Weightlifting takes time so if you are in Raise the Bar or the teens class stick with it. You never know what could happen with consistency and hard work.

And guess what...you'll fix one thing and another thing will then need more work. There's always more stuff to work on 💪🏽

Looking for something fun, active and confidence-building for your child?

Our 8-week Minis block is designed for children aged 7-10 years, helping them develop strength, coordination and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

💪 Learn weightlifting through games and skill-based activities
⭐ Build confidence and resilience
🤝 Make new friends
🏅 Coached by experienced, qualified coaches

📅 Starts: Wednesday 5th August
👧🧒 Ages: 7–10 years
💷 8-week block: £35

Thank you and Groundwork Wales for your kind + generous donation through collecting the Blue Tokens at the Llanelli Tesco store.

Thank you to our members, gym family + wider community for dropping those 🔵 Blue tokens in our box, week in and week out!

This donation means we can continue to put on classes for our young members, adult members and help us develop some new plans for September.
