I am proud to announce that I will be officially joining the awesome team at Everlast Gym, Llanelli, as a full-time personal trainer as of 28th April, 2025. 🤝🏼

It all started at Everlast gym for me as a member 13 years ago, where it rapidly became a second home, and soon it will be my office. From day one, the staff have always been so friendly and enthusiastic, and I’m so excited to add my charisma and energy to the team.

Words will never be enough to describe what fitness means to me. It’s the best part of my day, every day. From that morning feeling of knowing what muscles I’m training to the same routine of nonchalantly swigging my pre-workout with the tunes amped on my way there, the intensity, the aches, the pains, the progress! I love every single thing about it.

It’s my sanctuary, a place to shut off from the world; somewhere I can apply complete focus to pushing my body to new levels every time I step foot into the gym. My passion for weight training is relentless, and I can’t wait to apply this ethos towards supporting you accomplish your health and fitness goals.

🚀 IT’S OFFICIAL! 🚀

🔥 Jamie Thomas Fitness Academy is BACK! 🔥

After 15 years of self-doubt, procrastination, fear, and excuses, I am taking the leap and starting my own personal trainer/online coaching business on a full-time basis. Following the development of Jamie Thomas Fitness Academy back in 2023, it wasn’t possible to put my focus in to the business as I was beginning a new career in the prison service. Now, 2 years later, I have made the decision to commit everything I have into making my business a success.

My adulthood has been troubled with personal issues, constantly fighting a losing battle to fill a void in my life; settling for mediocrity, chasing validation, underselling myself by working unsuitable jobs that I had no aspirations to progress, or making poor financial decisions.

It has taken me years of self-discovery and an extensive amount of time spent soul-searching, but I now know the path I want to pursue, and I am obsessed with fulfilling my potential and building a business that provides the best service of its kind.

The shift in my mindset is quite staggering, and I’m so proud of myself. My desire has reignited, and I have honestly never been so excited about anything in my life! It isn’t going to be easy. There will be countless setbacks; I have so much to learn, and it will certainly take me time to adapt and get to where I want to be, but getting started is always the hardest step to take. My passion for the fitness industry, combined with my vision for my business and burning ambition to succeed, will prove to be the missing piece in my life.
