20 week week transformation ✅

This is a perfect example of perseverance to your goals. after finishing his 16 bulking plan! Dan managed to gain a stone in bodyweight and still look more athletic... MASSIVE W!
Bench press increase - 35kg
Squat increase - 60kg
Deadlift increase - 60kg
Some incredible numbers there! My training methods have all been tried tested and proven! And it just goes to show that a few weeks of training with a organised plan can set you into a healthier happier you! Now onto getting dan and many others into tip top shape for summer 💪🏻💪🏻
