O 1af Ebrill, byddwn ni’n ymestyn yr oriau agor gyda staff. Rydyn ni dal yn gweithio tuag at fynediad 24/7, a byddwn ni’n eich diweddaru wrth i ni wneud cynnydd:

· Dydd Llun–Gwener: 5:00yb – 10:00yh
· Dydd Sadwrn: 6:00yb – 6:00yh
· Dydd Sul: 8:00yb – 4:00yh

From 1st April, we’re extending our staffed opening hours. We’re still actively working towards 24/7 access, and will keep you updated as we progress:

· Mon–Fri: 5:00am – 10:00pm
· Sat: 6:00am – 6:00pm
· Sun: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Croeso i Huw Butterworth , sy'n ymuno â ni heddiw fel Cynorthwyydd Campfa. Mae Huw yn adnabyddus yn Llandysul ac yn Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Centre and Club ac mae wedi cwblhau ei gymhwyster Hyfforddwr Personol yn ddiweddar.

Welcome to Huw Butterworth , who joins us today as a Gym Assistant. Huw is well know in Llandysul and at Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Centre and Club and has recently finished his Personal Trainer qualification.
