From coaching and performance to player welfare and support staff, this group brings experience, commitment, and ambition both on and off the field.
๐ Jason Rosser โ Head Coach
Jason continues to lead the club with passion, vision, and high standards as he drives the squad forward both on and off the pitch.
๐ Justin Lloyd โ Backs/Attack Coach
Justin continues to bring creativity, structure, and attacking flair to help develop an exciting brand of rugby.
๐ Jamie Hodson โ Defence Coach
Jamie, who came on board at the tail end of last season, will focus on discipline, intensity, and building a defensive system the team can be proud of.
๐ Aled Griffiths โ Scrum Coach
Aled, who helped improve the scrum massively in the second half of last season, will use his experience and knowledge to strengthen the set piece and forward platform.
๐ Josh Collier โ Player Coach
Josh has joined the club for the new season with the aim of developing as a coach while also leading by example on the field and helping guide and develop players throughout the squad.
๐ Layton Davies โ Team Manager
Layton will continue to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that the squad is fully prepared on matchdays.
๐ Alisa Sadler โ Team Physio
Alisa will continue supporting player welfare, recovery, and fitness to keep the team performing at its best.
๐ Steff Coombes โ Support Staff
Steff has joined the management team to provide invaluable support across the club and help create a positive environment for players and staff alike. He has shown great commitment to the team and is always ready to pull on his boots if needed.
๐ Ted Bishop โ Kitman (Among Other Things)
Ted has been a loyal and dedicated part of the club for a number of years and will continue to make sure the team is always ready to perform on game day.
