It was a busy weekend, not only a BAF course in Chester but a chance to meet and practice with friends old and new at the Lia Suzuki Sensei course organised by the Marple Dojo of the Lancashire Aikikai. Sensei provided clear instruction and new insights into technique and ukemi.
