‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE‼️

Due to unforeseen circumstances around licensing for music and a bar up the lake, we’ve had to change the location of the summer social BBQ to the Bell Country Inn (Llanyre).

The date and time will remain unchanged, going ahead on the 17th July at 7pm.

Look forward to seeing you all there, there is still a couple of weeks to confirm attendance before we finalise numbers with the venue.

✨The perfect example of why losing weight or focusing solely on the scale weight is never an approach I use with clients. ✨

has gained ⬆️ a stone in weight (6-7kg) and the end result is a much more stronger 💪(significant muscle mass gained), leaner and fitter version of herself 👏.

Throughout the process Charlee has been conscious of getting fat whilst consuming more calories than ever before, which is completely normal for someone who is used to being underweight. In reality that’s never been an issue, appearing leaner whilst gaining weight has been the norm for 🙌🏼

The whole process has been a learning curve for Charlee, there has never been an ability issue it’s been self belief barrier 🤯we have had to overcome.

Most check-ins I have been told “I can’t do it, it’s too hard” and my job has been to turn that on it’s head and make her believe she can if she wants it enough, knowing full well she will do what needs to be done the following week. Not every week has gone to plan and honest conversations have been needed 👀 to hold Charlee accountable but following that it’s focusing on getting the next week right and making the changes needed.

You’ve worked so hard the past few months and you totally deserve all those gains.

What sets Dave -Team apart is his support — from check-ins to constant encouragement and pushing me when I don’t think I’ve got more in me. He’s completely changed my mindset around training. One thing that Dave always says is: “get comfortable being uncomfortable.” It’s helped me push through every tough session.

From “being stuck in a rut” to losing 14.8kg 👏

I have been excited to share this one 🤩

Lucy before starting with was already experienced in the gym environment, knowing how to train but had stopped enjoying her training and had no real direction with her health and fitness. This led to weight gain and then naturally being unhappy with the way she looked. Eventually Lucy made the decision that enough was enough and things had to change and got in touch with .

Since that day and the initial consultation/ onboarding as an online client has worked so hard to make the changes needed and as you can see by the before and after photos it’s been a seriously impressive transformation. has followed progressive plans, attended HIIT classes, been held accountable with daily steps, Macros and weekly check-ins 🗓️

has always been honest with herself throughout the process and has never made excuses, there have been holidays, trips away, special occasions, difficult shift patterns to navigate throughout but the work has always got done. Not every week goes to plan but what is important is showing up, holding yourself accountable and doing the best you can week after week consistently.

is now noticeably stronger/ fitter 💪and more confident with her body /how she looks, along with this has her love for the gym back. Lucy is now about to enjoy a well deserved holiday ✈️.

✨ Well what a difference few short months make if you’re willing and ready to put the work into make significant changes with your health and fitness like Anna was/ has.✨

The pictures on the left were Anna at the start of January 🗓️ this year and the pics on the right are current, as you can see a dramatic change in body shape 👏.

Anna has lost a significant amount of body fat, is now leaner, fitter and happier (as you can tell by the photos 😂).

It’s been a pleasure to have Anna as a client and her results are a product of the hard work and consistency she has shown, trusting the process throughout ✅

From my point of view outside of the impressive results, it’s been great to see Anna’s confidence grow over the months, she is now happy and comfortable walking into and looks like she’s been doing it years. I have no doubts Anna will continue with her journey with a festival 🎶 ☀️ in June being one of her reasons for deciding to take this step.

“I joined HD1 gym and A-team coaching in January and can honestly say I now enjoy the gym. With the help of Dave I have managed to lose 6.6kg and get stronger and leaner. Learning about the different equipment and what macros I should be consuming has been such a help and having that extra push from a PT was just the motivation I needed. Although I’m not at my goal yet, I feel confident enough with the knowledge already gained that I can reach my goal soon.”

🔥 HD1 Summer Social BBQ 🔥

We’re excited to invite you to our HD1 Summer Social BBQ, taking place at the lake in Llandrindod Wells on Friday 17th July (start time to be confirmed).

This event is open to all members as of 1st June, as well as our regular day pass customers. It’s our way of saying thank you for your continued support and for helping make HD1 Fitness what it is today.

We want to celebrate the amazing community we’ve built together and give everyone the chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a great summer evening.
