Thought I was due a little check in/catch up with you all! 💚

The last couple of months have been filled with juggling work, the boys taking it in turns to be off school and the washing pile, I feel like we’ve finally got our groove back and am ready to reignite our TPUS spark ⚡️

Classes are back this week at -
-Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm
-Friday 9:30-10:30am

‘Set-care’ is different for each of us but it’s never a waste of time ☺️

Whenever you come to a class, your reason for being there might be the complete opposite from the person next to you. There is room for everyone’s thoughts and feelings and you are allowed to take from the class what you need.

So whether it’s time for mindfulness, to get your body moving, to escape the outside world, to mobilise your body or to have some company, we are here for you 💘

Friday - 9:30-10:30am

Well THAT was a busy half term, to say we didn’t have a quiet minute is an understatement 🤪 I love a break in routine to shake things up a bit but I also massively appreciate getting back to routine.

Our full classes are back this week with a new block of kids classes starting too. As always, message to book your space.

I’ve been making more of a conscious effort to cook nourishing food that tastes good and I feel so much better for it, so send over all your good meal inspo 😍
