Vale Gymnastics Vale Gymnastics is a fun and friendly gymnastics club In Llantwit Major. We run lessons for little ones aged 18 months right through to adults.

Here at Vale Gymnastics we have the philosophy that keeping fit and healthy should be fun! Vale Gymnastics is designed to develop gymnastics in the community. Originating in Community Centres! We offer a range of gymnastics classes for children and teenagers, along with adult fitness and toddler classes. The club is run by international gymnast and coach, Nathan Mullett, who has had extensive expe

rience in coaching gymnastics to children, at all levels. As of January we will have new coaches and more classes, opening 7 days a week. Please see our website for further information, or to make a booking onto one of our courses.

At this stage, lessons become more personalised, focusing on each child’s unique abilities. We target areas for improvement while continuing to build on their strengths 💪

Our hands-on approach remains key but now children are encouraged to connect multiple skills independently, helping them understand how routines are formed and performed 🧠✨
