If you’ve not tried squash before, come along to club night and give it a go for free… It’s a great way to stay fit and make friends at the same time!

Free Squash Coaching for New and Intermediate Players

We are delighted to offer a six week block of free sessions for beginners and intermediate players with Iain McKechnie, Squash Wales qualified and registered coach. These sessions are ideal for those players wishing to pick up some basic technical and tactical tips that will improve their game and make playing squash more enjoyable. Beginner players are very welcome.

The sessions will run on Weds nights from October 4th to November 8th, from 6.30-7.30pm.

Players must be over 18.

With the league up and running it was fantastic to see both courts in use tonight.

It was great to see lots at club night this week.

There has been good interest from people about re-starting the leagues in the new year.

Terrific turn out for club night again this evening, I’m absolutely shattered. You know things are going well when the Treasurer turns up 💰 bloody great to see him there. I can only hope that I am playing as competitively and enjoying it as much at his age (I won’t embarrass him by putting it on here!), you are a great example to us all Jon.
Leagues are starting back at the beginning of January, huge thanks to Matt Page for taking on the task of running the leagues. If anyone wants to join the league please get in touch with myself or Matt or put your name on the sheet on the notice board in the club.
New members are very welcome, give it a go (or get back into it), it’s a great way to keep fit on these dark cold nights. Membership available in Morris Isaacs garage and the old printing office.
Massive thanks to these two fabulous businesses for their continued support.

Another great night at Llandovery Squash club this evening with a couple of old club champions having a knock before the proceedings got properly underway. An excellent turnout again for club night with both courts going in to the late evening. Great to see the new table tennis being used by members to keep the muscles moving in between games. A really great addition to the clubs facilities.
