**Attention.. re: October break availability**

We’ve been getting a lot of enquiries regarding provision over the Halloween break.

We intend to be open throughout October break.

All Ts & Cs are available on the online booking screen. As you can see on the attached photo, booking slots in green have been booked and are no longer available. Only the purple slots show availability.

Concerned about how we can be open during a lock down?.. well because we’re smart ☺️

Our new booking schedule only allows for family booking bubbles with an absolute Maximum of 4 students / family members and 2 coaches per hour (6 total)

We use a disinfectant fog machine to sanitise our gym and it’s equipment. Covid rules regarding face masks apply on arrival and a new one way entry / exit system is in place. Once the students have sanitised, they will be free to remove their masks & play on the equipment.

Obviously, any students / families that are presenting COVID symptoms will not be allowed in and advised to go home and self isolate.

Good news for our business is that slots are already being pre-booked in preemption for the upcoming school break. The bad news is there’s only 9 slots available during the week and 3 slots each weekend so we can’t guarantee everyone a slot.

Hi everyone. Open gym sessions are scheduled as normal today but we have been informed by Cyfleusterau Chwaraeon Tregib Sports Facilities that as of next week the facilities will be closing until further notice.

As most are aware, eating healthy, keeping active and being creative are extremely important for health, well being and for a strong immune system. It is our wholehearted belief that these arts & positive wellbeing activities must continue in some way.

Locking ourselves away, eating junk food and becoming inactive (sedentary) will have a massive negative effect on body and mind as well as for those around you. We must all be proactive to keep ourselves from going crazy or even worse, falling into substance and / or alcohol or drug abuse.

Unfortunately, we have to wait for further details from government regarding a potential lock down before we can announce a way forward but we are starting to formulate a plan and contingency’s for each outcome.

We are communicating with Tregib trustees as well as other Parkour gyms and our NGBs to discuss our options and create a potential activity service plan, be it online or with small groups for outdoor or gym training.

Thank you to all our valued members and key staff and volunteers for everything they do. This isn’t the end.. it’s just another obstacle to overcome.
