Saturday - Workshops I am a qualified yoga teacher and deeply care that yoga should be about how it feels and not how it looks, to use movement as a way to come home to the body. I started teaching yoga whilst travelling abroad, gained my 200 hour YTT and yin yoga cert

ificate and set up in Llandeilo to offer yoga to the community. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, it is a transformative practice that integrates body, mind and spirit to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. I offer Vinyassa, Gentle and Yin yoga in Llandeilo, Carmathenshire and each of my classes include philosophy, asana (movement), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation for a holistic movement practice.
