Hi everyone!
Just a quick message to let you all know that due to a decrease in numbers to the children’s class, classes will be combined again as of tomorrow (Friday 24th) 6-7pm for all.
So coaching hours are now as follows,
Monday - 6-7pm (for all)
Tuesday- No coaching
Wednesday- ladies class 6-7pm , sparring session 7-8pm
Thursday-no coaching
Friday- 6-7pm (for all)

Please remember if you wish to sparr you need to bring your gum shields !
