This summer I’m excited to be working alongside Play on and coach Jen to deliver a FREE Intro to Fitness class at West Lothian College Gym 💪✨
These sessions are designed for girls aged 12–15 and will focus on low-impact, beginner-friendly strength training in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Strength training isn’t just for athletes — it’s for everyone. These classes are perfect for girls who:
✔️ Want to improve confidence in the gym
✔️ Aren’t into competitive team sports
✔️ Want to feel stronger and fitter
✔️ Play sports and want to improve overall strength & performance
✔️ Want to support their mental wellbeing and self-confidence
The aim is to help girls build healthy habits, learn proper gym techniques, and feel empowered through movement — with no pressure and no experience needed.

FREE GIRLS INTRO: GYM & SPORT FITNESS
We welcome Lifting with Lyndsay to Play On Camps this year as she joins Coach Jen McCusker to deliver a brand new camp designed especially for girls.
This free, fun, supportive and confidence building programme is the perfect introduction to gym and sports fitness in a safe and encouraging environment.
Girls will learn:
• Safe, age-appropriate gym exercises
• Strength, fitness & sports conditioning
• Healthy habits & body confidence
• Understanding energy, recovery & performance
• Managing fitness and training through the menstrual cycle
