🥊 FIGHTER MINDSET MONDAY
STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO EVERYONE ELSE.
I see this a lot in the gym.
Someone has a tough session, looks around and sees someone stronger, fitter or more experienced…
…and suddenly thinks they aren’t progressing.
But you don’t know where that person started.
And their journey isn’t yours.
I’ve seen fighters get so focused on improving everything that they forget to notice what they’ve already improved.
Maybe your jab is sharper.
Maybe you’re moving better.
Maybe you’re staying calmer under pressure.
Maybe you’re not making the same mistakes you were making six months ago.
That’s progress.
It doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s simply:
“I’m getting better at this.”
That’s what we’re looking for.
You can’t rush experience.
You can’t shortcut development.
Keep turning up. Keep working. Keep improving.
Don’t worry about being the best in the gym.
Just try to be better than you were last week.
🎯 COACH’S POINT
Your journey is yours.
Don’t compare it to someone else’s.

💬 What’s one thing you’ve improved recently?
Big or small — I’d genuinely like to hear it. 👇
