I didn’t start training because I wanted to be a coach.

I started because I wanted to become stronger—physically and mentally.

Like many people, I faced challenges, doubts, and moments where quitting would have been easier than continuing.

But every session taught me something.

Discipline over motivation.
Consistency over perfection.
Progress over excuses.

Over time, training became my one consistent thing I loved to do.
During my time in the Army, Police, training, competing and working and learning with other martial artists, fighters, I have seen how great an impact martial arts has on many people and many aspects of one’s life and all for the better.

Today, my goal is to help others build the same confidence, resilience, and mindset that training gave me.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve performance, learn to fight, or simply become a better version of yourself, the journey starts with one decision:

Show up.

STRENGTH • CONDITIONING • PERFORMANCE

Train With Discipline. Fight With Intent. Perform With Purpose. 🥊

🔥 Still skipping your warm-up?

If you want to move better, lift stronger, and reduce your risk of injury, stop treating your warm-up like an afterthought.

Before every session, I use this simple 5-minute RAMP protocol to get my body and mind ready to perform.

⚫ RAISE (1 Minute)
Choose one:
• Easy Row
• Easy Assault Bike
• Light Jog

🔴 ACTIVATE (1 Minute)
• 10 Glute Bridges
• 10 Dead Bugs

⚪ MOBILISE (1 Minute)
• 5 World’s Greatest Stretch each side
• 10 Arm Circles forward & backward

🔥 POTENTIATE (2 Minutes)
• 10 Squat Jumps
• 10 High Knees
• 10 Fast Feet
• 5 Broad Jumps

The goal isn’t to get tired—it’s to prepare your body to move efficiently and perform at its best.

Save this for your next training session and give it a try.

👇 What’s your go-to warm-up routine before training?

⚫ Strength 🔴 Conditioning ⚪ Performance

Train With Intent. Fight With Grit. Perform With Purpose.

Fourth round stoppage

This is what all the good days bad days the strength and conditioning sessions, pad work, bag work, cardio, sparring , missing nights out, hours committed to that one fight takes

But it paid off and her opponent was hard and game and didn’t back down, ultimately it always comes down to who wants it more.

Big thanks to the best corner team backing me and the fighters
Thanks to all the friends family supporters students and finally to all the sponsors.
