Let’s talk sleep! 😴 How many hours do you sleep each night? Pre baby Rudi my sleep pattern was on point! Bedtime was 9pm weekdays so I would be fresh and in the gym for my morning clients. Now it’s definitely more challenging to stay on schedule.
Having baby Rudi is a joy but it’s tough being a new Mumma and still trying to get adequate sleep! I try to follow these simple principles to help me get the best sleep I can!
