Continuing to build on the positive work and strong community relationships developed with the schools, we look forward to creating more sporting and festival opportunities for the young people throughout the year.

🎉 Vennie United Community Football Club – Player Awards & 1st Anniversary Celebration 🎉

What a journey it has been!

Over the last 12 months, Vennie United has grown from a community project into a thriving community football club. Together, we've built more than just a team, we've created opportunities for children and young people, brought families together, delivered multiple free programmes, Scottish gas holiday camps, Scottish gas para festival, Asn school fun football sessions, McDonald’s Fun football & festivals, Network rail block programme, Uefa Disney programme girl school sessions, SFA KDM Kirsty Smith Soccer School, womens recreational festival and a lot more, whilst strengthen our local community through football.

We'd like to invite players, families, supporters, volunteers and members of the community to join us for our Player Awards Night and 1st Anniversary Celebration.
The evening will be a chance to recognise our players achievements, thank everyone who has supported us from the ground up and share what's next to come 💙

We're delighted to officially launch Gamechangers Our exciting new physical literacy programme designed specifically for children aged 2–4 years.

We're not focused on one early sport specialisation. Instead, we encourage children to experience a wide range of movements and activities. Just like learning the alphabet we are helping children learn ABCs of movement. Supporting them to build confidence, competence and a love of being active from an early age.
Whether your child is taking their first steps into organised activity or already loves to run, jump and play, Gamechangers is designed to support their development every step of the way.

Because when children move well, they play well. And when they play well, they grow with confidence 🌟

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents and carers join in too, creating quality time and shared experiences.

What a day!!! ⚽️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

What a day of pre match celebrations! ⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

and what a way to kick start the weekend before Scotland take on Haiti!

A massive thank you to Knightsridge Primary School for supporting us to bring this event to the pupils, parents and families in our community.

From the pipe and drum entrance, to FIFA World Cup Highland Dancing, My Football Hire activities, art competition, giveaways, beat the goalies, skill stations,.mini tournaments and a full day of complete fitbaw fun. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did ⚽️
The atmosphere was incredible and it was amazing to see so many smiling faces getting behind Scotland and enjoying everything the day had to offer.

For those watching your first World Cup game, we hope it's an absolute belter!!! ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We're bringing the World Cup atmosphere to Knightsridge Primary School! ⚽💙

Pre Match Celebration before Scotland's World Cup KO Against Haiti.

Parents/carers have received an email from the school with all the key dates and timings. You and family members are warmly invited to join us and most importantly, your child(ren) for a fantastic day of football, fun and celebration.

The day will kick off with a special welcome from high school pipe and drummers 🥁 including some former pupils, alongside newly established Knightsridge Primary football team, who will form a guard of honour 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

All pupils and parents/carers family members are invited to dress down and wearing Scottish tartan or Scotland tops is highly encouraged!!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✨

⚽ 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐋 ⚽

To celebrate Scotland attending the World Cup this year, we are delighted to have secured Scottish FA funding to deliver a range of exciting FREE football opportunities throughout the summer and beyond.

Alongside free camps, we are also introducing additional sessions designed to support everyone in getting involved in the game.

New ASN Football Sessions

This summer, young people aged 9–15 years can kick off the fun with our FREE inclusive football sessions.
Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches who hold disability sport qualifications and have also completed training through SDS.

Extra time is built into each session to provide flexibility for all participants. This allows young people the freedom to arrive when they can, leave when needed, or take breaks throughout the session.

Get ready for an afternoon packed with football, fun and smiles!

We have teamed up with Murieston United Football Club and Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club with a collective approach, creating a festival where children can come together, get involved, enjoy the game and have the opportunity to make new friends.
