The first of Ruth’s 50th Birthday Celebrations have begun with a trip to Fife to see our friend Skye for a Soul Sister Ceremony. Skye held space for us while we took part in a Cacao Ceremony then created our beautiful hand poke tattoos to honour our friendship. So grateful we get to work together & walk through this life together.

It’s been a Snug kind of day today. 💖

One of my favourite things to do is 121 Nurture Yoga for Kids - some come to me via referrals from Listen & Link & others contact me directly. Either way the outcome is the same - happy, calm kids with strategies they can use to help them self regulate! Throw in some reiki & you have a very happy Friday!

Outside may have been rainy and miserable but inside has been full of love and signs today.

Had a great session at homestartuk Livingston, a 121 with one of my favourite yoga rockstars & a planning session with Eilidh for future kids classes.

Now cooried in with a sticky toffee Yorkshire tea (thanks for the tip Mel 🙏) & watching a bit of Yellowstone!
