Exercising during pregnancy.. should I do it?
If you want a healthier pregnancy, an easier delivery and a faster recovery then YES you should be most definitely trying to exercise. Unless you have been told other wise by a health professional.
Any of the symptoms you experience during pregnancy are to be managed and worked with alongside exercise.
Exercising during pregnancy shouldn't be extremely exhausting or really testing your capabilities. It's about working with your body and doing what feels good. All of which can be done supervised by one of our experienced female coaches.
